Can I return or exchange an item?

DVDs are not refundable or exchangeable. All items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a promotional code are final sales and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges and returns can be made on regular priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be intact, unused and in their original packaging with label.

Two return options: The customer can return items by mail. The customer can also come in person and bring his items to be refunded or exchanged at our head office at 3550 1re Rue in Saint-Hubert, during business hours only, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to protect the product. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return of a damaged product.

In the case of an exchange, Nautilus Plus assumes the shipping cost of the new item, one time only. Additional exchanges are at the customer's expense.

How do I get my money back?

If you send us a product for a refund, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten (10) business days. You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Are shipping charges refundable?

All shipping charges, including returns, are non-refundable.
