What are the costs related to delivery?
Delivery rates vary according to the weight of the order and are determined and indicated when ordering online.
What are the delivery delays?
Your order will leave the warehouse the same day or the day after your online order (weekdays). For deliveries in Quebec and Canada, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
*Please note that there may be an additional delay in delivery during busy periods such as during promotions (Black Friday, Boxing Day) and during the holiday season.
Is it possible to pick up my order somewhere instead of having it delivered?
Yes, it is possible. The option of picking up your order directly at Nautilus Plus headquarters is the only way to pick up your purchase. At the end of your order, you can choose the "Pick-up" option and your order will be ready for pick-up in 48 hours (business days). The pickup is done at our head office, at 3550 1re Rue in Saint-Hubert, during business hours only, from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 3:30pm.
You have 15 days (after receiving confirmation that your order is ready) to pick up your order. When this delay is exceeded, we will notify you one last time by email. After that, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
